Reduce screen size

My workout manager screen is too big/wide/large/etc. When I go into workout manager to do anything, print a workout card, add a rotation, etc., the screen is too big and the four edges are cut off. I reduced the view option on the browser to smallest but the screen is still to big. I had to delete the google toolbar to see the "print" icon to print a workout card. The "save" option is practically cut off on the add a rotation screen (the s and a show). There is no slide on the bottom or sides of the screen and I tried the box in the upper right to try to enlarge and shrink the screen but to no avail. Any suggestions?
