I printed your great One Rep Max Chart and now entered the 1RMs and do see them listed. Is there a way to select and print or to export?
Also, I cant remember how we are told exactly what weights to use 60% etc. Will there be a download, cd or what? Thanks for all the great service - everything is going well!
