Default NEW CHANGES TO OUR 1RM CALCULATOR

In a few weeks we will launch the Workout Manager 3.0, but in the meantime we’re releasing some smaller updates. In the update we released today we have made some changes and improvements to the Workout Manager’s 1RM calculator based on on your feedback. The changes we have made include:

1. You can now print all of your current 1RM results, including the STS disc# they are used in. (see Figure #1)

2. See your 1RM results history. This will only work starting with 1RM test done today and onward. To retest your 1RM for an exercise you have already tested just click on the exercise in your “My One Rep Max Results’ section and then enter your weight and reps after testing. You will then see your new 1RM results and a “View” link will then appear. Just click on this link and you will see the progression of your 1RM results during the date range selected. (see Figure #2)

3. You can now print the history of your 1RM test for any tests done on or after 8-19-2010. Just click on the “View” link next to the exercise you want to print the results for and you will see the print screen for your 1RM test. You can even select the date range you would like to see your results for. (see Figure #3)

4. We have now removed the “Avg 1RM” column. We did this because some people were entering the weight of 1 dumbbell and others the combined weight of both dumbbells for their 1RM test. This made the average population results meaningless.
