Default Moving Rotation on Calendar

I am doing the STS Rotation and was on vacation during the 6th week, so I didn't workout. Is there a way to move the rotation starting at the 6th week back by a week without moving each day individually and not losing what I already logged for all the other weeks?

I'd like to know also. I had to move each one individually and it was a pain!

I cant think of all the steps right now but YES - you go into the WM Rotations area & use edit dates. Its the same area as the delete rotation option I think. You change the dates.... I think thats how it works- Worse case scenario is you delete the current rotation (a few clicks) and re enter it w/ the dates you want.

The only thing I think it cant do is change part of a rotation..Like if you had to take recovery weeks in odd places.

Sorry I dont have all the details in my head but if you explore around I bet you can find the edit area until SNM or someone who knows can guide you better.

I might not be able to move it then, since basically what I did was take and extra recovery week. Too bad vacation didn't fall on my recovery week.

Thanks,
Wendy

You would have to drag and drop each workout individually to their new date.

Hello

This thread almost answers my question but I need to drag and drop the last week of my rotation from one month to another due to unscheduled breaks. Is there any way to do this?

thanks

Yes, just drag the workout icon towards the top and hold you mouse over the link for the next month and let go. A calendar will pop up and all you need to do is select the date you want to move the icon to and click confirm.
