I downloaded the 6 and 1/2 month rotation twice - once on the wrong date, was trying to move it and got it twice, do I have to delete one workout at a time?

No, if you click on the Rotations button, then select Edit/Delete a Rotation, it'll take you through the process of deleting the entire rotation.
