I have reported a problem, my ticket # is 9167114. When should I expect a response? I don't want the time to run out and not be able to get a replacement. It's only 1 dvd that has a defect that I have been through so far- #14. I don't know if you've gotten this problem before.

That is where I reported my problem two times. I have not heard anything back. Do you know how long it will take. I want to get that particular dvd replaced and the longer it goes I might not be able to.
