I mistakenly posted this is in the STS forum........
Unless I'm missing it.......on Disc 17, in the 3rd set of Tri Sets, it lists Squats Wide Stance. My card shows that I don't have a 1RM entered, so when I went to enter one in the 1RM Calculator, this exercise is not listed. Am I missing it or is it just not there? And in that case, what do we do about that? THANKS! Gayle

I just checked and it's there in the pull down menu for Disc 17 (although there's no photo of the exercise and the muscle group used is listed as "Back" not "Legs and Glutes"... weird...) Select STS -> Disc 17 -> and it's right there at the bottom.
I also have my target weight (plus the 1RM) listed in the workout sheet (both under the calendar and STS tabs). Try looking for exercise number 1051 Squats Wide Stance. HTH, Chris. |

Hi, Chris! I didn't even think about looking for it under the Disc #! DUH! lol I can't get into the WM right now, but when I can, I'll check it out!
