Deleting a workout out of a rotation

I am making a rotation and accidentaly put in a workout I didn't want but I don't know how to delete from where you put it in.

Just select the date in the calendar date that contains your workout you want to delete and then in the side bar click on the "show details" link next to the workout you want to delete. Then just click the "delete workout" button
