I am trying to download the Dec 09 rotation into Feb. calender and it doesn't work. How do I change the date from Feb 09 to Feb 10 and get it to load?

After changing the date are you clicking on the "Change Date" button?

I tested this and it worked fine. Did you make sure to change the year to 2010?
