I started entering my 1RM's a few months ago -- kind of in a random fashion... I wasn't paying attention to which exercises were actually on the STS DVD's... I was mainly using exercises I already do on a regular basis. Well now I would like to go through the STS exercises and I would like to delete my current list. How can I do that?

Can I delete my 1RM's and start over?
Linear Mode
