Default 1RM questions, please

I started doing some 1RM tests this morning and I'm aiming to finish this all up in about 2 weeks or so. But I have 2 questions:

1...when I go to my Workout Manager, 1RM tab, it lists 13 exercises with 1RMs that I did not test yet, with numbers that I did not enter. Is there a way to clear those out, or do I have to just retest to enter a correct number???

2...I'm doing these 1RMs by body part, so that I can insert them in my current rotation without over working any particular muscle group. I'm wondering, if, after I test and enter and save my 1RM, and then go back to the pull down menu for that body part, will ALL the exercises ALWAYS pull up in the menu instead of just the ones that still need to be tested? (does that make sense?.....in other words, I was hoping that once I tested and saved a particular exercise, that it wouldn't pull up in the menu. It seems that it might get confusing from today's testing to tomorrow's testing.)

I hope I explained that clearly enough. THANKS!~

Gayle

Default 1RM Calculator

In our next release of the 1RM calculator you will be able to delete an exercise. Our current version does not allow you to delete an exercise. You can retest any exercise you like though.

The next version oh the 1RM calculator will change the font color in the 1RM calculator of any exercise you have already tested for.

Hey Gayle:

you could always go into the 1RM's that you didn't do and update them something obvious, like 1# or something wacky so you would recognize them as a "non-official" test so that when you DO get to them you can just enter the "real official" test results... that way you can work on 1RM's without getting the other ones mixed up in the results...

Just a thought...
