I know this may sound weird but can anybody explain what befriend is about?
 What does it mean when you put your name in somebodies Workout Friend box? And there is this option to "Befriend person's name" that you can choose. Is it that you're talking to each other so then you do this? I'm not sure what it entails? Very curious. I'm very new to this forum stuff and I've got a big learning curve. Thanks for your help in explaining this to me!
