Request to change User Name

I did a search on how to change my username and the only advice I saw was that I should make a request - I then clicked on "Help Desk" & the message there said that if my "problem" was not a technical one, then I should ask on the forum. Same when I click on "Contact Us" at the bottom of the forum pages. So, this is where I assume I am supposed to end up!

So, do the forum administrators take care of requests here or do I go somewhere else? Any help will be greatly appreciated - TIA!

Bumping this to add a question: Do forum administrators read this section? It is for forum support so where else do I go to get a reply from a forum admin? Anyone know? TIA!

Have you try email them directly. They have helped me this way.

Yes, you have to request an admin to do this by clicking on the Help Desk link you see at the top of this page.
