I have been trying to contact the help desk (I'm unable to submit a ticket) regarding the ongoing problem I've been having with the nutrition program. I am unable to input any data or access any day other that the one displayed in the pull down menu. It worked once last week, but there were problems before that as well. This problem has occured several times in the past but usually resoves by the end of the day. This time it has been ongoing for a week. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE help me stay on track with my food! This is such a dangerous tome of year!!!!!!

We haven't had any other reported issues and we're not having any problems when we use the program. I would suggest trying to clearing your browser's cache and then if you're still having an issue open a support ticket and we will help you further.

This is the message I've been receiving in a yellow bar at the top of the webpage when I've tried to submit a ticket:
This email address already exists in our system I don't know what I'm doing wrong ![]() I'm still having the problems with the program (my cache is clear). |

It means you're not using the correct password for your account in our support ticket system. If you can't make this work just email us at support@shop.cathe.com
