Help please!

I would really like to get my old user name back so I can subscribe to the new nutrition software. I've sent numerous emails and received a ticket number once (but it's now showing as invalid).

Can I please get some help? I should have chosen my new user name more wisely (so much to type just to log in, lol).

You have to contact support by clicking on the "contact us" link at the bottom of the forum pages

Okay. I've done that three times already and received a ticket number once (that became invalid after a couple of days).

I'll give it another shot.
