Hi,
I've written to customer service, but the turnaround time is so slow and nothing is beign resolved. Has anyone had this happen,or is there anyone at custmer service who can help: I was a Spotlight Success Story, so I was award a $100 gift certificate. It never came. I emailed. They said wait. I waited. I emailed again, as it never came. They said it emailed on 4/15...but they would email again...again, it never came. My spam box is front and center and always lets me know what is there. It was not spammed. It never came. I want to use it with the bundle discount, but I'm afraid the promo will expire...and, on top of that, I really want some new dvds. Is there some way I can call and get the code from the g.c. Or give you an alternate email? Please help. Thank you! |
