Editing in one's "workout manager"

This is a dumb question, probably asked a zillion times.
But...how does one get to one's workout manager and edit it? I did this before, a year ago, but forgot! I go to my "user's cp", but all the options from there, I cannot find the edit page with the WM in it. Any help would be appreciated.
