Hi,
I'm posting to get some help, for my friend Amelia - User Name: Punka274. Her internet service provider changed her email address last Friday. Since then she can't post, read, or use Cathe.com. She is able to send PM's but thats it. She has sent in a request for help, but hasn't recieved a reply as yet. Shes withdrawing badly! Please help! How does she get her Cathe.com account up and running again? Thanks heaps ![]()

Andrea, I think I've seen posts where people say they have to re-register when they get new e-mail addresses. Not sure. I'll bet she'd hate to give up that impressive post count and start over at zero, but she may have to.
I hope tech support gets to her quickly! I'll drop her a PM because I saw her butterfly chair recently while on vacation and wanted to let her know (see her pix for explanation)! |

I passed on your reply to Amelia. However, she can send PM's so she knows her password. This is the reply she gets whenever she tries to use the Cathe.com. punka274, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:
You may not post replies You may not post attachments You may not edit your posts This is in the bottom left corner when she tries to use her account. Thanks again.

Hi again.
Amelia has deleted her cookies and cleared her browser. Does she now need to activated her account? When she tries to post it says that her account has to be acctivated. Is that the next step? Thanks.

She should have received an auto email with a link in it. She just needs to follow the instructions in the email and click on the link included with it. This will activate her account.

The Punka274 "can't use Cathe.com" continues!
I've just tried to send her a PM to tell her about your last advice. This is the reply I recieved .
Thanks for your patience with us. Hopefully this can be sorted soon. She's really missing her Cathe, fix. ![]()
