Is there another way to get costumer service than just this Forum.

There are three ways to privately contact them on that linked page -

A private e-mail under the section "Product Support". Click the link to be automatically directed.

A private customer service page where you can send concerns about your online experience and other technical problems under the section "Technical Support". Again there's a link there.

And then at the bottom, you can always snail mail your concerns to that address.

Only the questions pertaining to the forum and general fitness stuff go through the forum under the "Community Support" section. For a more private question or concern, I would go with one of the 3 above.
