Changing your photo

Default Changing your photo
I keep trying to change my photo for something more modest, and the change always fails. Any advice?

Are you clicking on "User Cp" at the upper left hand corner of this page and then selecting "Edit Avatar"?

This is exactly what I came on here to ask about too.

I uploaded a photo which didn't appear on my posts????????

I then worked out that that had to be changed to an Avator - which I did and its all there on my CP page - but it is still not appearing.

Thought I was good at this computer jiggery-pokery thingy too.

HELP

Did you mistakenly select "Edit Profile Picture" instead of "Edit Avatar" ?

I'm ready to give up. I have my .jpg down to 12.5 KB and it still keeps telling me the upload failed. I was trying initially to edit profile, but now I found this thread and have been doing it in the edit avatar screen, and I still get the same message. I tried two different photos to no avail.

ETA: HA HA What do you know! It said my upload failed but I guess it didn't since my avatar has a picture in it now!
