Whole Egg vs. Egg White

Yes, it's totally fine. The yolk has a lot of good nutrients not found in the whites. I however, typically eat 1 whole egg w/ 2 whites :)
 
I always eat 2 hard boiled eggs on most days of the week. I love them as a snack or for breakfast with oatmeal or whole wheat toast!
 
Wonderful eggs

My sports nutritionist has told me that I can have 1 egg a day, however I want to use it. Mix with eggbeaters, etc.

I've been concerned about my cholesterol and too many eggs. What a big surprise to hear here say that studies are debunking the eggs are bad for you. I love eggs.
