Default Turkey Burgers

I am trying to find more meats for protein and I was wondering are turkey burgers healthy I know they are healthier than beef but I though I would get some input before I buy some.

Turkey burgers are great for a protein source. Just make sure to buy the extra lean meat. The regular turkey meet is full of fat and calories.

I use the white meat ground turkey for everything from chile to spagetti sauce to tacos. It's great! You have to add a little canola oil when you are browning because it is so lean. Try it!

Yes, just make sure the turkey you buy is lean. Read the label, especially the fat content. 100 % Ground turkey could mean skin included.

Smile Turkey Burger Recipe

I add parsley, wheat germ, fresh garlic, onion (or lipton onion soup packet), egg and rolled oates to ground turkey to make it even more healthy and everyone I have fixed this for says they love it. Be sure to use whole grain buns.
