I recently lost 50 lbs and have in the past 3 months been working out about 6days a week for an hour - alternating weight training, walking, yoga, aerobics, step aerobics, pilates. The thing is I eat alot of peanut butter - on graham crackers and sandwiches w/raw honey. I love the stuff. My question is - how bad is this for me? Will this cause me to gain weight? I'll eat one or the other almost everyday and have been since I started losing this weight and haven't noticed any change - but I keep thinking this is going to catch up w/me. Should I worry?:
