I would love to join. I've never done one of these check-in challenges. What do I need to do? I actually own this book. I got it a couple of years ago. I read it and put it away.
I am having issues with food, desperately wanting to change. I figured the more help and support the better. I am in grad school for exercise physiology. I got the exercise down but the food is killing me. Don't really look the part of someone going to school for exercise. chrissy |
