This is such a treat!!!
I sometimes substitute the almonds for chopped walnuts. You can add chicken breast chunks to this and make it lunch ![]() Waldorf salad spin-off 1 cup chopped green apples ½ cup dried cranberries ½ cup crushed almonds 1 cup fat free yogurt Dash of lemon juice

Someone was talking about greek yogurt over on the "Ask Cathe" forum and then someone posted this recipe. Let me tell you, I am soooo addicted to it. I find it hard to be believe that something this good for you tastes that good!
I have been doubling the recipe and putting it in individual containers...it keeps for several days. 2-3 stalks of celery, diced 1 green apple, diced handful of dried cranberries handful of chopped walnuts 3 TBSP greek yogurt, FAGE 0% I will eventually experiment with this, but I am telling you...this is awesome just as is. enjoy!
