Default Travis's "soft serve yogurt" with other serving suggestions

Last weekend, I was looking through the success stories and saw Travis's recipe for "soft serve yogurt" made with protein powder. I was intrigued and thought I would try it out. After some experimenting, here's a recipe that's a little more exact than her post:

1 cup non fat cottage cheese
2 tbsp almond butter, peanut butter or other butter of your choice (optional if your protein powder is like Muscle Milk and already includes a hefty lipid content)
2 scoops Muscle Milk or protein powder of your choice
Approx. 1/2-3/4 cup of water (start with a little water and add more until proper consistency is achieved)

Blend in blender until you get a creamy, yogurt-like mixture.

Serving suggestions:
1. Freeze for soft serve yogurt.

If you don't freeze the mixture, it looks and tastes like Jello pudding and you can do the following:
2. Use Muscle Milk "Creme Brulee" flavor and top sliced Pink Lady apples or other fruit with it.
3. Use chocolate flavor as dipping sauce for strawberries.
4. Use chocolate flavor + peanut butter with sliced bananas.
5. Use banana creme flavor with a few Vanilla Wafers on a cheat day to reduce guilt and waistline.

Anyways, the endless combinations of protein powders and butters makes for a lot of really awesome dessert options. :-) Thanks for the recipe, Travis!
