Recipes to freeze?

Anyone have some good healthy recipes that are great to make in bulk and freeze? It's been a busy summer, but school is even a crazier time and I never have time to make good meals for my family. It would be great to make a bunch now and freeze them in individual amounts so we can have great meals anytime.

Any ideas?

Hey Marcia! I have quite a few recipes I can forward to you via e-mail. I usually make big pots then measure in 1-2 servings and place in zip-lock freezer bags and freeze. Takes up very little space!

I make alot of omelets ahead of time for my DH....then put in separate tupperwares and then in the morning when he gets ready for work, he can just pop a frozen one in the micro and take it with him! He loves that Omelets cook fast, and freeze very well!
