Very simple, clean and almost tastes like banana bread.
1/2 cup of quick oats 1 banana 2 eggs (Can use egg whites) 1 tbsp ground flax seed Cinnamon and nutmeg to flavour. I put all ingredients into my Magic bullet and blended until mixed well. They take a little longer than regular pancakes but sooooo much healthier!! Makes 4 fairly good size pancakes Cal 150 each pancake 4gr fat 22gr carb 6 gr protein |
