My weekend big breakfast

This is an alternative to one of those Jimmy Dean sandwiches (too pricey!) with a side of steak fries:

Chop up a big raw (up to 16 oz) potato & microwave until cooked (baked potato setting)
Microwave one turkey Italian Sausage (100 calories)
Mix the cooked potato & sauage with 3/4 cup Egg Beaters or Better N Eggs
Micowave for 2 minutes & season with Emile's Seasoning & Butter Buds

This is a big pile of grub, but only amounts to about 450 calories.
