Chocolate Almond Milk 8 oz.
1 1/2 scoops of Hammer Nutrition Chai flavored whey protein

Soooo good & great for your muscles!
 
you can definitely find the Almond Milk in grocery stores, but the chai flavored whey protein you have to get either from www.hammernutrition.com or your local bike shop may have in stock. I am an avid cyclist and I use a lot of the Hammer Nutrition products because they are all natural. You can find a lot of good info on their website, too, if you're interested in learning about fueling your body.
