I have a recipe for protein waffles that I love...
1/2 cup oatmeal 1/2 cup water 3/4 cup egg whites 1 scoop protein powder ( I use pea protein ) cinnamon to taste Blend ingredients in a blender and add to hot waffle iron and enjoy! Hope you give them a try : ) Acufit
