Healthy Low Carb No Sugar Crepes for Breakfast, anyone?

Just made a big batch and they turned out so yummy!

6-7 Egg Whites
1 yolk
1/2 scoop of vanilla protein powder (I like Jay Robb, it's made with stevia)
dash of cinnamon
a little extra stevia if you want them sweeter

Whisk all that together, meanwhile your burner is set to lo-medium and you are heating a small non-stick skillet, griddle, or coconut oil coated cast iron skillet (that's my fav). Pour in a little of the egg mixture and swish around skillet to cover and make a perfect circle. Cook on one side, and then flip and cook on other until golden on both sides.

For a little extra treat, saute sliced bananas, berries or any other fruit in a little white wine until soft and syrupy and add to crepe, fold and enjoy! I also like to add a little stevia to greek yogurt and top with that too! Decadent and filling! Not to mention high protein and low carb!
