Default Flourless Black Bean Brownies

Black Bean Brownies:

SERVES 16
2 cups cooked black beans, drained
3 eggs
3 tablespoons oil
4 tablespoons cocoa powder (I use carob powder)
1 pinch salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
3/4 cup sugar (can use honey,splenda, or stevia)
Mix ingredients together in a blender/ food processor until pureed.
Pour into a greased 8x8 cake pan.

Bake 350 appx. 30 minutes.
Let cool completely before cutting.

I made these today, they are good. I used half stevia and half sugar and they are pretty sweet. I think next time I will cut the sugar back even more...

This looks great and I'd like to try it this weekend.

What's the consistency of this when baked? Will my kids know it's beans and not flour/cocoa/suger?

Honestly it does have a different texture, it is not going to pass for Betty Crocker. But my kids eat it....and since I love sweets so much, it helps me to stay on track...
