Chicken and Mole Sauce

I watched Sunny Anderson cook this on Food Network and I made it this weekend. Everything from the 16 corn tortillas down is if you want to make wraps out this. I had mine plain the first night and with nacho chips tonight. DE-LICIOUS. I know it looks like a lot of ingredients and a lot of work, but it's not that bad - really! I brine my chicken most of the time now, it turns out so tasty and incredibly moist.
