Default 1 Minute Omega-3 Morning Muffin!

Low Carb Omega 3 Minute Muffin!
Ingredients
1 tsp. butter
1 egg, slightly beaten
2 tbsp of flax or chia seed meal
2 tbsp of rice protein powder
1/2 - 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp of liquid stevia or 2 tbsp of Davinci Sugar free syrup

Directions
Spray a mug with olive oil spray, add butter and microwave for a few seconds to melt it. Add the rest of the ingredients to the mug, stir and micowave for one minute. Microwave times vary so keep an eye on it. Try 45 seconds and if it isn't done, add a few seconds at a time until it is done.

When muffin is done, just turn it out onto a plate. Top with a little almond butter on top and enjoy!

Makes 1 muffin (3 net carbs)

Sometimes I add chopped walnuts or pecans to the muffin, but I didn't add that nutritional info to this recipe.

Hi
What would the nutritional breakdown be for this recipe? How many calories?
It turned out really good with walnuts and raisins and some cashew nut butter on top.
