The reason I ask it, in general, I much prefer a superset option with alternating body parts.
4DS has premixes for Chest, Shoulders, Triceps that cycle through the muscle groups. Will STS have such options? I find that 30 minutes of straight Chest can be tough. Cheers, -Jane

STS will not have any premixes except for the extra squat routine.
