WOW looking at those abs circuits pics in the blog I am getting so excited to get this STS home and start working out with it!!!! I do not have a medicine ball and really want and need to get one...can you tell me what size was used in the filming of the STS ab? Thanks so much!!!! :-)

Cathe used a 6 lb medicine ball for Ab Circuits Patner Training and a 8lb medicine ball for the solo medicine ball routine.
