What does "1.5" mean?

There are a few exercises that specify "1.5" after them. For example -- Seated Concentration curls 1.5

Does 1.5 indicate something to do with the timing? For example, each second should now be a second and a half?

Forgive my ignorance, but I want to be sure I do them correctly.
 
It's a full rep followed by a partial rep. So for biceps you'd curl all the way up and down, then halfway up, then down, all the way up ...
