Squat routine

Hi Gettingfitmom! It is mesocycle three, legs, the squat rack routine (not the plyo workout, can you imagine that:eek:).

We all do the same exercises during these four weeks (think its disc 36-39), just some of us use a squat rack and some of us use 10 pound weighted vests.
