1st: Thanks for EVERYTHING you all are putting into STS...I am so excited about the program & the additional success & recognition I'm CERTAIN it will bring to you guys!
2nd: Will the new Pull Up Bar be used in Meso 1? Just wondering on how quickly I have to order it once its available- I want to be prepared to do Meso 1 as demonstrated with any of the options shown.
