I am wondering if a second day of total body strength training in one week would be too much.
This is my second time doing STS and I feel great! I am thinking... Mon: STS Chest, Shoulders & Arms Tues: Cardio & abs Wed: STS Legs Thurs: STS Back & Biceps Fri: Cardio & abs Sat: Total Body strength circuit (maybe BodyMax2 or similar)

Cathe just mentioned that she does a 3 or 4 day heavy split routine and adds one full body workout a week that uses lighter weights. It's in Open Discussion under MOnday Chit Chat.
Thinking back, I believe I would have benefited from adding 1 extra full body a week, I don't think working the muscle groups once a week is enough for me. |

Cool. That's what I was sort of thinking. Thanks for that info.
I was considering doing a strength circuit workout. Maybe Step, Jump, Pump as my total body one. It also doubles as cardio which is GREAT!
