STS equipment

Forgive me if this has been covered already but I haven't got on the STS page before & since I finally caved & ordered before the price went up I have a ?

Can anyone list what equipment will be used in STS besides standard stuff.
I have ordered the vest & I obviously have the basics, handweights, step, ball, etc.

Need to know if I should do more shopping. I see someone mentioned that the small balls are used...is this 2 & what weight?
