I want to start STS from the beginning and use my IPhone so I can take it to the gym when it gets too cold to be in the garage. I only want to buy one (maybe two) Meso cycles right now (one and two). I don't see anywhere I can pay and download for the meso's individually, only all three together or by individual "discs". Is this the case, or am I missing a download shopping function?

Why don't u just buy the manual? It's very thorough and u could take that with you to the gym..it even has the 1 rep max info in the back of the book

I just bought the manual bc I prefer to do most of my workouts in the gym setting. You can also pull up the spreadsheet on the workout manager on your iPhone at the gym.
