Hi everyone,
I am starting STS all over again and wanted to make sure I will get enough cardio. I am not a step or boxing fan and don't own any of those kind of workouts. I do have HIIT cardio along with tabatacise and crossfire. Any suggestions how to implement those between STS workouts?
