as far as I know there is no good link to see clips of this dvd set. And, as you know the link for this set in the Cathe store is wrong...sorry! But it is good...I have it.

There isn't an edited preview as far as I know, either, but a lot of the STS exercises are uploaded onto YouTube...here's one from the squat rack DVD..
Exercise #516 - Squats (barbell) - YouTube If you browse the thumbnails for the channel, I think you'll be able to find a couple more..
