Hi.... I had one question... I have not even come close to completing my one rep max for all of the excercises. (Shame on me) but my question is there are so many excercises that are so similar to one another like the preacher curl on the ball to standing dumbell alternating curls, incline flyes vs flat bench flyes. Do we have to so 1 rep max for every single excercise even though they are so similar? Thank you
