I tried to search to make sure this hasn't been addressed yet, but didn't find anything - so I hope I'm not repeating anything.
My question is: When looking for your 1 rep max with push-ups; prone - Do you just enter your body weight? I'm not sure how to do this. Thanks, Tami ![]() |

I don't think that we do 1RM test for non-weight exercises like pushups, but I may be wrong.

I tried to add a 1RM weight of 0 to various kinds of pushups, and it only accepted an entry for "pushups, standard". It wouldn't go through for the other kinds. The rep counts look to be for purely body-weight pushups anyway, so it's probably safe to ignore.
