Default Push pull tower/small apt

So my newest idea is to buy this. I am at a point in sts where things r getting heavy. And I really think this would help me. With my chest press and pull ups! But my question is how compact is it? Easy to move from room to room?

I believe it could be moved around OK, but it does take up some space. I move it around for the TurboBarre workout without any problem. I love it, & I think it will help with your workouts. I can load up my bb & then stoop down to put it on my shoulders for squats, which makes it SO much easier than trying to pick it up & hoist it over my shoulders!
I noticed you posted about microloading in another thread. I also bought the weighted vest, which might be a good idea if you don't want to purchase a heavier bb. I also bought plate weights, which are magnets weighing 1/2 pound, & they stick on the bb plates. That way, I can go up by as "light" as I need to. The weighted vest makes it easier for squats & things - I don't have to load my bb so heavy for squats that it hurts my shoulders.
Enjoy!

The Power Tower actually comes apart quite easily for storage. I keep mine under my bed. It should be noted, that this equipment is NOT designed to be used as a squat rack and should not be used for that purpose - it's much too risky (unless you are about 4' tall). It works great, however, for all of the other STS applications as well as for the Turbo Barre workout. I love this piece of equipment.

You can move it around...I have it in my workout dedicated space which is out in my garage, so no problem for me. However, I could see how the base could take up some space and it can be a bit ungainly to move it around.. However, you could use it to hang-dry your clothes, when you are not using it .

I could not use mine for a squat rack either....since I am 5'9"...... I think it could be tough for an adult to use it as such.
