One Rep Max - Quick question

Hi all!

I just wanted to make sure I was right on this. If I am planning on doing the plyo legs option for Meso 3, I don't need to do one rep max testing for the exercises that say "legs/squat rack" by them, right? I guess I'm just looking for reassurance. ;)

I'll get my STS on Thursday & I'm pumped!!! Thanks to anyone who gets a chance to reply!
