I looking forward to the Meso 3 legs, but both the weights and plyo sound like fun. Can they both be done in the same rotation, or is that not a good idea? I don't want to miss anything and I don't want to wait til the 2nd round of STS to do the other set. But if its not a good idea, I can wait.
